  • Send the entire work, not part of it, so that we can evaluate and judge it in Word format.<\/li>
  • Send a summary of the work of no more than 1000 words, containing a summary of its idea and the development of its plot, taking into account that the summary is not short or concise, and at the same time it is not long and contains many details.<\/li>
  • Sending a literary biography of the writer (including age, educational level, previous published literary works, publishing houses with which it was published, if any, and all methods of communicating with the writer (Facebook – email – phone)), taking into account that what is required is not a professional biography, one that It is sent to apply for jobs, but rather a literary biography.<\/li>
  • Writing a pledge from the writer that he has not and will not send the work to another publishing house during the period of sending it to us, and that he will not contract for it before we inform him of our response of approval or rejection, firstly out of respect for Dar Al-Maarifa, and secondly so as not to waste the reading committee\u2019s time on a work that we may discover later that it has been approved.From another publishing house during our evaluation of it.
